This hotel is in a prime location close to all the action. You can easily walk down to the pier and Canada Place, where there's always something happening. The room service is top-notch, and the breakfast buffet has a wide selection of delicious food. The view from the room is breathtaking, especially in the morning when the sun is rising. The hotel has a lot of leisure facilities that are perfect for older people who like to stay active, such as a swimming pool and yoga classes.
The service at the hotel is lacking.

Had an awesome Christmas staycation in the city! Stayed at a fantastic hotel with very hospitable and friendly staff. Loved the fresh fruit and complementary flavored water in the lobby, and the cozy room with a safe and mini fridge. The location was perfect, with endless options for eating out and shopping. We also took advantage of the free bike rental and explored the city's amazing parks and waterfront with ease. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting a great stay in the city during the holiday season!
No downsides to this hotel! The only thing I can think of is that it's a bit pricier than some other options but the extra level of comfort and amenities is totally worth it.

Everything was good, including staff and location. In overall the room was new-fashioned and with a nespresso machine as well as cozy bed. The breakfast was delicious, I loved its variety. This was an incredible location right by downtown and Vancouver and best restaurants.

Loved my comfortable stay for the last night during my stay. The rooms were impressive with extremely comfy beds. The location of the hotel was awesome - within easy walking distance of a renovated stadium. The place was set about 20 minutes walk from the downtown.
My room had not so great view.

This is a comfy hotel with attentive staff at all times. The location is unbeatable and stunning, within walking distance of Block. And the area is quiet close enough to Vancouver, Gastown and Yaletown and the arena.
